Workplace Chaplaincy for Practical Employee Support
Occupational Chaplains of America offers consistent, flexible, relationship-based support through on-site, off-site, virtual, and 24/7 emergency care. We show up consistently and meet each person’s needs without pressure, whether they’re navigating grief, stress, or just need someone to listen.
Personal support is always optional and confidential.
Employees choose their level of engagement.

On-Site Visits
Our chaplains visit your workplace regularly and are present where it matters – on the floor, in break rooms, and during shifts.
This steady presence helps build trust and familiarity, making care feel natural and accessible within the rhythm of daily work.

Off-Site Appointments
Some conversations are easier outside the work environment. We offer relaxed off-site connections over coffee for added comfort and privacy.
Employees choose when and where they want to talk. It’s appropriate, professional, and always on their terms.

Virtual Support
When in-person isn’t possible, or simply not preferred, we stay connected via Zoom, phone, text, or email.
Employees and their families can reach out anytime, whether it’s a quick check-in or deeper conversation. Support is always available, wherever they are.

Crisis/Emergency Chaplain Support
When the unexpected happens, we’re here – 24/7, any day of the year. OCA provides same-day crisis and trauma response wherever it’s needed – on-site, in hospitals, or virtually.
Our trauma-informed crisis chaplains offer calm, steady support during difficult situations in real time.

How Does Onboarding OCA Work?
We begin with an all-staff rollout meeting to introduce our chaplaincy service as a new employee benefit. This session includes a simple overview of how employee support works and provides a chance for employees to ask questions.
That way, when our chaplain returns for weekly visits, your team members already know who we are and why we’re here. With our consistent, face-to-face approach, workplaces often see 75–100% employee participation.
